DOGOBILITY RULES:
Dogobility competitors will be required to keep their dog under control on the lead in the arena at all times and their dogs must be twelve months of age or older. Dogs who run out of the arena or take the wrong course will be disqualified. Dogs who fail to complete the disciplines correctly and handlers who touch their dogs will incur a two-fault time penalty. The handler and dog completing the course in the fastest time will be declared the winner. Whistles and food treats may not be used in the arena.

UPPINGHAM FUN DOG SHOW 2007 COMPETITION RULES:
No competing dogs under six months of age. All dogs should be kept on the lead at all times (and for the DOGOBILITY). All dogs should be vaccinated. No bitches in season. All handlers must complete and sign an entry form and pay the appropriate class fee prior to the start of the relevant class(es) to be eligible for competition. Dogs need not be KC registered. Winning any of the classes does not constitute automatic entry to KC shows. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Acceptance of all Uppingham Fun Dog Show rules is deemed by the signed completion of an entry form. The organisers accept no liability for injury, damage or loss howsoever sustained. (The term ‘dog’ refers to both sexes. The term ‘Handler’ refers to the competitor and does not have to be the owner. Parents/Guardians should sign on behalf of class 1 entrants.)

CLASS FEE:
Entry fees on the day will be £1.50 per dog per class and must be received no later than ten minutes before the relevant class. No advanced entries.

ROSETTES & BEST DOG AWARD:
Rosettes will be awarded to 4th place (except 'Best in Show' award qualifier). The winners of classes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 need to enter the main ring at about 4.15pm to be judged for the ‘Best in Show' at Uppingham Fun Dog Show 2007 award, which they may keep.

Thank you for your interest and look forward to meeting you at the Show.
